We respect your right to return any product that you buy. Our goal is to provide you with only the best merchandise on the market today. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason then please return it for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange it for another product of equal value. You can send us any questions or concerns using the link below.All refunds will be honored within 2 weeks of the delivery date.
Defective Merchandise
It is necessary to obtain a return authorization number before returning any defective merchandise. Merchandise shipped without a return authorization number will be refused. The return authorization number should appear on all cartons being returned. 100% credit will be allowed on manufacturer’s defects.
Cancellations
We only cancel an order if the product is not in stock or if a check bounces or if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase. In these cases there will be no charge to you from us. Cancellations are not allowed after a product has been shipped, these orders will be handled through our return policy. If this happens you will be notified via e-mail. All other orders will be honored.
